This class will strengthen and tone the legs ( with extra focus on the inner thighs ) while moving the entire body.
Expect to work hard, get a sweat on and engage the abs all in under 20 minutes.
No equipment is needed but you can use ankle weights for an extra burn.
This is an express upper body blast filmed in Milos, Greece.
Challenge the arms with optional small weights - adjust the weights to suit you. I am using 0.5 - 1kg weights.
Perfect to pair with a walk or another express video.
This is a full-body Pilates class including side-lying work to move the body in all directions and focus on toning and strengthening the body.
I will be using a Pilates ball for a further challenge.

We complete 3 rounds and challenge the strength and control.
