I hope you enjoy this full body workout designed to build strength to support your pregnancy. We will focus on glute strength, mobility, arm strength and safely moving the whole body.
We will be using optional small hand weights, still join me if you don't have them. Remember to take it at your own pace, stay hydrated and let me know if you have any questions.
