    This class is one of my favourite flows to challenge the whole body and build strength in the core, glutes, legs and arms. Optional Pilates ball

    This is a challenging, strengthening workout for the arms, upper back and core. Improve your posture by working on strength in the upper back and core + mobility in the spine.

  • Reformer | Power Lower Body

    Welcome to your power Pilates on the reformer with extra focus on the inner thighs and glutes. Optional Pilates ball or Pilates circle to challenge the inner thighs further.

    This is a feel-good class designed to stretch and mobilise the entire body.
    Perfect to do on the days you are craving a slower-paced workout, a recovery day or if you would like to improve mobility to move better.

    This is an express workout designed to challenge the whole body with extra focus on the glutes & core.
