  • 7. Sculpt | Core Blast Advanced

    This is an advanced core blast using the Pilates ball.
    If this is a little too much be sure to try the gentle core blast in the core blast section.

  • 5. Sculpt | Inner + Outer Thighs

    This workout will target the inner and outer thighs as well as the core.
    No equipment needed but you can wear ankle weights for a further challenge.

    Another favourite workout, target and strengthen the glutes with this burner using an optional Pilates band.

  • 4. Sculpt | Abs & Mobility

    This is a perfect mix of challenging core exercises in the first half of the workout followed by a relaxing stretch.

    This is my favourite arm and back sculpting workout.
    Im using light weights, you can also choose to use heavier weights for a further challenge or just the weight of your arms.

    Welcome to day one of the sculpt weekly split challenge.
    Todays workout is a full body sculpt workout using a Pilates ball and optional Pilates band.
    We start standing to get the legs burning then finish with glutes and abs.

  • 6. Sculpt with Mobility

    This is a feel good sculpt Pilates class with mobility.

    We stretch at the start of the class, work hard in the middle then finish with a stretch. Using the Pilates ball.

  • 10 minute Booty Blast

    This is an express booty burner using the Pilates band.
    Designed to challenge the glutes and leaving you feeling the burn in just 10 mins.

  • Full Body Sculpt with Mobility

    This is a no-standing sculpting class with extra mobility.
    The ultimate feel good class as we combine targeted strengthening with stretching. Using a Pilates ball.

  • Standing Sculpt | Glutes + Inner Thighs

    This is a barre inspired class, done all standing to challenge the entire legs. With a chair used for support.

    Im also using a Pilates ball and optional medium Pilates band for a further challenge.

  • Arm & Posture Sculpt

    Welcome to todays class, arm and posture sculpt.
    Designed to build strength in the arms and upper back with support from the core. Im using small hand weights and a medium Pilates band ( optional )

  • Strength and Sculpt

    This class has a lot of variety and we get the best of both worlds strength and sculpt. Designed to level up your Pilates.
    Make it more challenging by adding a heavier weight ( 5kg ), a Pilates ball and band. Or choose no equipment if needed.

  • Full Body Sculpt

    Target the entire body with this sculpt style class - my favourite!
    Using: small hand weights and Pilates ball.

  • The Best of Core & Confidence

    This is a bonus workout if you have finished the challenge or would like to add it into the challenge.

    If you enjoyed the Core & Confidence challenge or if you would to challenge the whole body with extra focus on the arm/ab strength, then this workout is for you!

  • Ultimate After Walk Pilates

    I have been doing this short session after my walks this summer. A great video to do if you are short on time but want to work the whole body.

    If you are following the cycle syncing programme this is day 8.

    This class will challenge the entire body but exercises are chosen to challenge the inner thighs and of course with support from the core.
