    This is a great class to use heavier weights than you usually do, if you have them.

  • Power Pilates with weights

    This workout will Challenge the entire body, improve fitness and mobilise the body. Expect to get the heart rate up and improve overall strength.

    For a more fitness style session you can use heavier hand weights if you have them available.

    Location: Karekare beach.

    Designed to strengthen the body and work you hard while still focusing on the Pilates Principles. Modify if you need , I will always give you a low impact option when needed.
