This is an express upper body blast filmed in Milos, Greece.
Challenge the arms with optional small weights - adjust the weights to suit you. I am using 0.5 - 1kg weights.
Perfect to pair with a walk or another express video.
This is a full-body Pilates class including side-lying work to move the body in all directions and focus on toning and strengthening the body.
I will be using a Pilates ball for a further challenge.

We complete 3 rounds and challenge the strength and control.

Today we challenge the entire core in just 10 minutes.
Expect to work hard and strengthen the abs. Take breaks if you need.
