    This is a full-body Pilates class including side-lying work to move the body in all directions and focus on toning and strengthening the body.

    I will be using a Pilates ball for a further challenge.

    This is a lower body-focused class with extra focus on the legs, glutes and lower abs.

    We complete 3 rounds and challenge the strength and control.

    I am using a Pilates ball.

    Today we challenge the entire core in just 10 minutes.

    Expect to work hard and strengthen the abs. Take breaks if you need.
