All workouts are safe and effective throughout your entire pregnancy and designed to keep the core strong, to support your pregnancy, and the recovery in postpartum.

Please make sure you are cleared to exercise by your doctor or midwife. I am pre/postnatal trained but I'm not there with you so please listen to your body, stop if you need to, and stay hydrated.

  • Prenatal Guidelines

    Listen to this before you start your prenatal Pilates we go over modifications, breathing and benefits of Pilates throughout your pregnancy.

  • Prenatal Core

    This is a great core workout to help reduce ab separation / help heal any ab separation when you are postpartum as well as preparing for birth. Try to do this once a week when you feel up to it.
    No equipment is needed.

  • Prenatal Strength

    This strength workout will improve prenatal core strength and leg + arm strength. Ideal for the days you have a little more energy.
