    This workout is a mix of all of my favourite movements to challenge the entire body.

  • Cardio Pilates

    This cardio Pilates is designed to strengthen the arms abs while improving fitness and challenging the legs.

    Expect to get a sweat on and move the entire body. Optional Pilates ball and hand weights.

  • Power Pilates with Chair

    This Power Pilates class will get the heart rate up and strengthen and tone the legs and abs.

    If you are following the cycle syncing programme this is day 9.

    Use a chair or something to lean and optional extra to use the ball and small hand weights - class be done without these also.
