    As the name suggests we focus on moving the entire body with extra focus on the arms, abs and posture muscles. optional Pilates ball and small hand weights ( I use 0.5 - 1kg )

    You have made it to Day three and we focus on sculpting and strengthening the upper body. Expect extra focus on the triceps and the obliques - based on many requests.

    I suggest you use a Pilates ball and small hand weights to get the most out of this workout but as always you can do the workout...

  • Upper Body Blast

    This is an express upper body blast filmed in Milos, Greece.

    Challenge the arms with optional small weights - adjust the weights to suit you. I am using 0.5 - 1kg weights.

    Perfect to pair with a walk or another express video.
