    I hope you love this express burner with extra focus on inner thighs and obliques. It is sure the get the heart rate up and the muscles working in less than 20 mins.

    You can use ankle weights for a further challenge or small hand weights for the second half of the class.

  • Power Sculpt

    A favourite combination of mine, power and sculpt movements. Expect to work hard designed to work the legs and the abs. Hands weights and a Pilates ball for a further challenge.

  • Cardio + Core Pilates

    Todays workout is A favourite low impact workout.
    We start with a 16 minute standing low impact cardio section for the legs arms and cardio fitness then finish with a complete core burn to finish.

  • Power Sculpt | Arms Glutes Abs

    Expect to work hard challenge the whole body with extra focus on the arms, glutes and abs. Todays class includes lunge series, side body work and challenging core exercises for a power sculpt workout sure to leave you feeling energised.

  • Strength

    This class is designed to focus on building strength with a mix of functional fitness movements and the Pilates principles to get a full body workout.
    Im using a 5kg weight but you can do this just with your body weight or go heavier or lighter with the weights you have available at home.

    Today is day one of the hybrid plan this is a challenging workout and will be amazing to build strength to support your running or other cardio.
    Im using optional heavy + medium Pilates bands. If you dont have them or its too challenging, do all movements without the bands.
