    Welcome to day one of the sculpt weekly split challenge.
    Todays workout is a full body sculpt workout using a Pilates ball and optional Pilates band.
    We start standing to get the legs burning then finish with glutes and abs.

  • 6. Sculpt with Mobility

    This is a feel good sculpt Pilates class with mobility.

    We stretch at the start of the class, work hard in the middle then finish with a stretch. Using the Pilates ball.

  • Pilates Flow

    Enjoy this low impact Pilates flow with mobility. Im using a Pilates ball and small hand weights.

  • Full Body Sculpt

    Target the entire body with this sculpt style class - my favourite!
    Using: small hand weights and Pilates ball.

  • Full Body Pilates Band

    Challenge the entire body with this Pilates band workout.
    We focus on strengthening the legs, core, glutes, posture, arms, like I said this is a full body workout.
    All done in less than 30 minutes, I would love to hear how you found the workout.

  • Power Pilates - Triceps Legs Obliques

    A new favourite mix of low impact cardio Pilates and sculpting exercises.

    A Pilates workout designed to focus on building strength in the areas that support your back ( glutes, core, posture ) while avoiding exercises that can sometimes aggravate the lower back.

    Be sure to avoid any exercises that put too much pressure on your back. Take it at your own pace and enjoy.

    Cardio Pilates designed to get the heart rate up still in a low impact way with arm and core toning.

    This workouts is great to do on the days you have a little more time and want to challenge the entire body.

    Includes lots of glute strength and core exercises with some challenging standing work. We also incorporate mobility throughout the session to improve flexibility and movement patterns.
