5. Sculpt | Inner + Outer Thighs
This workout will target the inner and outer thighs as well as the core.
No equipment needed but you can wear ankle weights for a further challenge. -
4. Sculpt | Abs & Mobility
This is a perfect mix of challenging core exercises in the first half of the workout followed by a relaxing stretch.
Using a Pilates ball and band. -

Another favourite workout, target and strengthen the glutes with this burner using an optional Pilates band.

This is my favourite arm and back sculpting workout.
Im using light weights, you can also choose to use heavier weights for a further challenge or just the weight of your arms.

1. Sculpt | Full Body
Welcome to day one of the sculpt weekly split challenge.
Todays workout is a full body sculpt workout using a Pilates ball and optional Pilates band.
We start standing to get the legs burning then finish with glutes and abs. -
6. Sculpt with Mobility
This is a feel good sculpt Pilates class with mobility.
We stretch at the start of the class, work hard in the middle then finish with a stretch. Using the Pilates ball.

Easy on the Back Core
This workout is designed to build strength in the core without aggravating the back. We focus on connecting the deep abs and move a little slower to ensure we are targeting the correct muscles.

This is a no-standing sculpting class with extra mobility.
The ultimate feel good class as we combine targeted strengthening with stretching. Using a Pilates ball. -
Standing Sculpt | Glutes + Inner Thighs
This is a barre inspired class, done all standing to challenge the entire legs. With a chair used for support.
Im also using a Pilates ball and optional medium Pilates band for a further challenge.

Welcome to todays class, arm and posture sculpt.
Designed to build strength in the arms and upper back with support from the core. Im using small hand weights and a medium Pilates band ( optional ) -
Strength and Sculpt
This class has a lot of variety and we get the best of both worlds strength and sculpt. Designed to level up your Pilates.
Make it more challenging by adding a heavier weight ( 5kg ), a Pilates ball and band. Or choose no equipment if needed. -
Pilates Flow
Enjoy this low impact Pilates flow with mobility. Im using a Pilates ball and small hand weights.

Power Pilates with Stretch to finish
Expect to sweat, strengthen the arms, legs and core all in 26 minutes. You then have to option to stay with me for a 6 minute hip opening stretch. Leaving you feeling challenge but also amazing.
Optional light weights for a further arm challenge and you may need a chair or something to lean on ...

HIIT Pilates with Arms
This session will get the heart rate up and sculpt the legs and the arms.
We complete 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for the standing series and mix this with targeted arm exercises. Jump movements are optional , low impact options are provided.

This workout is one of my favourites! mixing our HIIT Pilates exercises with core exercises.
The HIIT Pilates exercises are designed to get the heart rate up to improve fitness while still working on leg and glute toning.
Use a chair or bench to lean on if needed.
