    Make it more challenging by adding a heavier weight ( 5kg ), a Pilates ball and band. Or choose no equipment if needed.

  • Sculpt and Strength

    Today we combine our higher intensity strength exercises with targeted sculpt work. Expect to get the heart rate up and work hard.
    I am using small hand weights and if you have them this a great class to use heavier weights, optional shoes for extra support.

    If you are following the cycle syncing programme this is day 13.

    This is a great class to use heavier weights than you usually do, if you have them.

  • Power Pilates with weights

    This workout will Challenge the entire body, improve fitness and mobilise the body. Expect to get the heart rate up and improve overall strength.

    For a more fitness style session you can use heavier hand weights if you have them available.

    Designed to strengthen the body and work you hard while still focusing on the Pilates Principles. Modify if you need , I will always give you a low impact option when needed.

  • Power Pilates with Stretch to finish

    Expect to sweat, strengthen the arms, legs and core all in 26 minutes. You then have to option to stay with me for a 6 minute hip opening stretch. Leaving you feeling challenge but also amazing.
